Crypto Payments
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR) via our payment gateway. Depending on our payment gateway, we can also accept various forms of USDT/USDC. These will show on our payment gateway if they are avaliable when checking out via BTC/XMR. All payments carried out via BTC/XMR are subject to a mandatory 5% discount off the total order value (excluding postage). We can offer this because payments by BTC/XMR do not carry any chargeback risk for us. We therefore pass that saving onto our customers!

Shipping & Delivery Framework
We understand the time-sensitive nature of scientific research. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically dispatched the same day or the following business day.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clearance. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection
- The order will not be automatically re-shipped
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a £5 administrative and restocking fee
- Customers must place a new order if the items are still required.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the event of a delay, we will initiate a formal trace investigation with the courier.
- Refunds or replacements are only issued after the courier formally confirms the parcel as lost.
- Investigation timelines are set by the courier and are beyond our immediate control.
Delivered But Missing (Theft)
If a parcel is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located
- The customer must report the incident to their local police authority.
- Provide us with a copy or screenshot of the Police Report.
- We will review the evidence to determine if a replacement can be issued at our discretion.
International Orders & Customs
Customers ordering internationally are responsible for ensuring that the products are permitted for import in their respective countries.
- Customs Responsibility: Cyto Peptides is not liable for customs delays, import refusals, or regulatory seizures.
- Declarations: Parcels are described generically as "Research amino acid samples" in accordance with shipping regulations.

- A parcel is confirmed lost by the courier.
- An order is cancelled prior to dispatch.
- An item arrives defective (subject to photo/video evidence).
Refunds are NOT issued for
- Delivery failures due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
- Customs seizures or import rejections.
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
